Mini Memoir: Life Lines to Story Lines
 
Wednesdays, 10/15-11/5/2025,  7:00-9:00pm, with optional 1 hour engagement lab

You have been living a fantastic life. Pay it forward. Turn your memories into compelling stories and share your life lessons with the world, 1,000 meaningful words at a time. There’s an art and a style to writing a mini memoir that entertains. In this course, we explore the difference between relating facts and telling engaging stories. With a little bit of hands on practice, you can write your truth in a way that resonates on a deep level with your reader.
 
Materials needed:
Notebook, pen, ability to use Zoom
 

Instructor Bio: Bronwyn Emery is the founder, facilitator, and chief bottle washer of To Live & Write, an active community of writers based in the SF Bay Area. She is a writing and creativity coach who focuses on habit, practice, and turning the dream of writing into reality. It’s her job to stay ahead of the writers and develop opportunities for each one to start writing, keep writing, stretch their skills, and achieve their ambitions.
