The Part 2 class continues where the last class left off. It is open to beginner guitarists that are looking for a graduated path of improvement on their instrument. Finger style techniques like Strumming, Arpeggios, and playing Bass/Melody arrangements (2 notes at once) are taught. Students are guided to move up the fretboard and learn a variety of scales and new chord shapes ie. Bar Chords. Students will learn how to practice efficiently and will apply this knowledge in our rehearsal of blues, classical, and folk music. Students need to have some music reading ability (Treble clef, Tablature, and Chord Charts).
