Wire Bird Puppets

Instructor Tom Hill
In this workshop we will make a simple bird marionette using mild steel wire. We will explore different ways of making movable joints and simple puppet manipulation. A $15 fee covers your materials and is included in the enrollment fee.
Instructor Bio: Tom Hill has been working in wire for over 30 years having studied jewelry making at Middlesex University in London UK. He has made a number of private and public commissions over the years, including for the BBC Symphony Orchestra, John Lewis partnership, and Centeral Wisconsin Airport .
