This one-day intensive workshop is perfect for absolute beginners ready to learn the basics of machine sewing. Students will gain confidence using a sewing machine, practice essential stitching techniques, and learn to follow a simple pattern. The class includes a hands-on upcycle project where students will create a tote bag from pre-loved clothes, combining skill-building with sustainable fashion. Bring second hand/pre-loved clothes, like a pair of jeans and/or a shirt to create the final project. Materials fee of $25 is included in your enrollment. This class is open to all but designed for those new to sewing.
