This class explores the profound intersection of creativity and emotional depth during periods of grief or sorrow. In these moments, art serves as a powerful outlet for expression, offering solace, healing, and a means to process complex emotions for both the artist and the viewer. Art can also provide a bridge to connect with others who may share similar experiences, fostering empathy and understanding.
