Instructor Mittie Cuetara

Painting from life can capture a freshness and energy. Learning new techniques and a supportive community can motivate us to keep up a regular practice, which promotes improvement. Each class will begin with a demonstration in acrylic, students will then separate for work time, painting with the medium of their choice. We will look at composition, proportion, simple perspective, color palette and light logic. We’ll share our work at the end of each session, and meet a visiting artist one session. There is more to learn at any level. We will strive for growth and the workshop is open to all levels of experience!
