Instructor Linda Hope
Learn the fundamentals of drawing using a live model in this 7 session workshop, where the model will provide a limitless source of possibilities! With guided and timed exercises, learn to respond through movement to create animated and lively drawings. Primary elements of all drawings: Gesture, Line, and Value will be introduced, and processes and approaches will build on themselves over time to result in integrated drawings. Materials will be recommended for each exercise, and demonstrations provided. This workshop would be perfect for anyone who has never drawn before, or who thinks they cannot draw! It would also be an ideal review, even for those with much experience. There is a Model fee of $8 - $12 per meeting, based on enrollment numbers and collected on the first day of the workshop.
