Calling all Supervisors: How to do Live Supervision in Support of Youth and their Families Remotely! I will bet that all of you want to be the best supervisors possible and that includes helping your supervisees grow by being able to identify their Zones of Proximal Learning AND being able to observe their countertransference in action. These are the 2 most important things that a supervisor can do to support the learning of the supervisee and to protect the clients with whom they are working.
