SP013G Building Connections Between Vulnerable Youth: Working with Groups 4 CEUs TIVE026-202660

This training emphasizes planning group activities that are responsive to grief, trauma, and cultural identity while still being engaging and fun. Participants will explore how to design, adapt, and lead activities that allow for peer bonding, emotional expression, and age-appropriate participation. Special focus will be given to strategies for translating group experiences across developmental stages so that a single idea can be shaped to work in a variety of age groups. Whether supporting kids in school-based settings, foster care, shelters, or programs for young adults, participants will leave with practical tools they can use right away and a deeper sense of how group spaces can support healing, safety, and growth.
