Adolescent development describes the period from childhood to adulthood. It’s a key developmental time that often gets overlooked. This training will address myths of adolescence as well as physical, cognitive and psychological changes that occur during adolescence. This knowledge increase social service providers’ ability to best serve adolescent clients. •Participants will be able to describe adolescent development •Participants will be able to identify one cognitive change during adolescence •Participants will be able to identify at least social change during adolescence
