Triggers are common for individuals who have been exposed to trauma. They can show up immediately or some time after the trauma. They can be confusing and difficult to navigate without adequate support. This training will provide an overview of trauma and triggers, common types of trauma triggers and strategies to support system-involved youth and young adults who are being triggered.
