Full course description
Participants will learn how to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement coordinated service plans, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes.
The training emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equity-centered approaches to case management, while strengthening participants’ ability to navigate systems, advocate for youth and families, and address barriers to care. Through interactive discussion and applied learning strategies, participants will build confidence in delivering effective, ethical, and client-centered case management services.
The material will be delivered by PowerPoint presentation, short video clips, group discussion, breakout (small group) discussions and participant workbook (handout).
